Description
We would like to welcome you in our holiday home “Haus Irmi” in „Wildenburger Land“. The flat is situated in a green space and it is a great area to enjoy nature. The 80sqm flat is surrounded by forest, meadows and fields and has a separate entrance.

You can start walking straight from the doorstep to the forest. The area offers various leisure activities from hiking, nordic-walking, cycling, golf, rowing, hot air balloon, sailing at the Biggesee, gliding or just enjoy the nature and watch the wild life. The area is ideal for motor biking with its charming landscape and twisting roads.

Description of the flat:
The ground floor flat offers easy access through a separate entrance and can accommodate 7-8 people. The kitchen/dinner is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven with ceramic hob and microwave. The dinning area sits 6 people and has a comfortable sitting area with 2 sofas and a sofa bed to watch Sat-TV or listen to the radio.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Both double bedrooms come with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom comes with a bath and separate shower.

Outside
Separate parking space, garden with 2 reclining sun chairs, parasol. Table with 4 chars, BBQ, playground for children, table tennis, 11pt compound with sheep, rabbits and cats.

Fishing pond with camping side and open fire place can be used on request.

Basis rate for 2 adults and min. 3 nights: 40 € per day
additional person: 12 €
children under 14: 10 €
Accommodation incl. Bed linen, towels, water, electricity and heating.

Directions from Cologne or Dortmund:
Take the A?? and leave at the exit Eckenhagen Richtung Wildbergerhütte, turn right at the t junction and turn left after 50m direction to Friesenhagen. After 8km you will see the sign
Ferienwohnung (direction Bockenbaum) and after 1km you will reach your destination.

Direction from Frankfurt or Dortmund:
Take the A45 and leave at the exit Freudenberg. Drive into Freudenberg and follow the signs for Friesenhagen-, Morsbach-, Waldbröhl, Hohenhain to Friesenhagen. Drive through Friesenhagen until you get to the t-junction and turn left towards Morsbach - Waldbröl. After 2km you will see the sign Ferienwohnung (direction Bockenbaum) and after 1km you will reach your destination.

We would organise the pick up if you arrive by plane or train.
