Welcome to the "Zum Hobel" guesthouse

Our well-loved house, which has been in the family for generations, offers unadulterated relaxation and recuperation.

Leave the stresses and strains of everyday life far behind you and experience the beautiful forests and mountains of the Ebbegebirge natural park.

Our house is located in the vacation paradise of Drolshagen, close to Bigge and Lister lakes.

There is a wide range of leisure activities at your disposal here, including a bathing beach, canoeing, mini golf, fishing, surfing and sailing.

The long walking trails which cross the varied central mountain area with its magnificent deciduous and coniferous forests offer some superb views over the mountains and meadows.

Our guest rooms have been furnished with a great deal of love in a rustic style and have a bathroom or shower and WC.

For larger events with up to 300 guests we can arrange ample space for celebrations in our village community hall nearby. Enjoy your wedding, birthday or business excursion in the beautiful Sauerland.

Small and medium-sized groups will love spending time in our newly-renovated bowling alley.

We would be delighted to greet you as our guests in Frenkhausen.
